STATEMENT OF FAITH

The Cartoon Bible Series books and compact discs distributed by Rocksolid Children’s Church Curriculum are based upon the following beliefs:

1. The scriptures Genesis through Revelation are the inspired Word of God. The scriptures show us God’s standards for our lives, teach us principles to live by and give us practical help. Each story ends with a reflection of a principle learned from the bible account.

2. Jesus is the Son of God come in the flesh. He died by crucifixion and was raised from death three days later. He took the punishment for our sin. Faith in his sacrifice gives us eternal life and puts us into rightstanding with God.

3. Jesus will come back to earth one day and those who have received him, will rise to meet him in the air. We should live ready to meet the Lord at any time.

4. Each person needs to believe and receive Jesus as their Saviour in a personal way.

5. God is good and the devil is bad. We should recognize Satan’s tactics and give no place to the devil.

6. There is a Heaven and there is a Hell. We will be accountable for the life we have been privileged to live on this earth.
