• Books are non-returnable and must be paid before they are shipped
• Single book orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt by first class mail and take approximately two weeks for delivery to the US and one week to Canadian addresses.   
• All other orders are shipped by Canpar Courier on Wednesdays and Fridays each week and take 3 - 5 days for delivery.
